$25.00 for the first notary, each additional notary is $10. Each signature being notarized is counted as one; therefore, if two people are signing one document the cost would be $35.00. $10 per signature/seal. In the online notary session, the document to be notarized is displayed on the respective device screens of the signer and the notary. The signer applies their electronic signature to the document, and the notary applies a digital signature, digital seal, and fills out the notary certificate.

Although you don't have to notarize all legal documents, in some cases notarization of documents are mandatory. If you do not notarize the documents which requires it, then its legal validity may come into question. This can lead to rejection of such documents in a court of law.
